Heavenly location

The Tuxertal is a side valley behind Zillertal. Hintertux is located at about 1,500 m above sea level and, in every season, stands out with its own natural beauty. Due to the special location, you can expect sufficient snow in winter – in summer, the valley promises a cool and idyllic environment for sporty holidaymakers, families and connoisseurs alike.

At the Nennerhof, you’re in the village centre of Hintertux, only 1 minute by ski bus from the bottom station of the Hintertux Glacier lift. The Hintertux Glacier ski area remains open for skiing 365 days a year. But it also has a lot in store off the slopes for summer holidaymakers, hikers and mountain bikers.

How to get there

Arriving by plane

The nearest airports are in Innsbruck, Salzburg or Munich. After that, you have to continue the trip by car, train or airport taxi to Hintertux.

Arriving by car

Inntal motorway A12 (toll sticker required) to the Zillertal exit. Continue on the B169 main road to Mayrhofen. Then on the Tux state road to Hintertux. Approx. 50 km from the motorway exit.

By train

Express train from DE, IT & CH to Jenbach/Tyrol, from there take the Zillertal train or bus to Mayrhofen. Further connections by postbus or taxi to Hintertux.
